Originally from Michigan, I've spent the last two decades converting to a Burqueño.
After graduating from the Interlochen Arts Academy, I spent a year at the University of Michigan before moving to Albuquerque. I finished my BA in Studio Art at the University of New Mexico in 2008 with a focus in printmaking.
If I had to describe my style, I would say "Bauhaus in pastels" or "the 80's doing the 50's". Some major influences on my style are Yayoi Kusama, pre-factory days of Andy Warhol, and mid-century children's books. I also have a passion for spooky things including ghosts, folklore and cryptids.
